01 Relic Overview

Relics are permanent passive bonuses found inside tunnels. A pulsing R tile (Relic Shrine) appears in the middle section of tunnels for players level 10+. Step on it to choose 1 of 3 relics. You can never be offered a relic you already own.

Relics persist across all tunnel runs and sessions. They appear in your inventory as special items and can be dropped (X) for others to pick up. The shrine persists if you own all relics, allowing party members to use it.

02 Tier 1 Relics (Level 10+)

Scrap Magnet
Passive: +1 scrap metal from every salvage operation
Iron Will
Passive: +8 HP (added to max HP permanently)
Steady Hand
Passive: +2 DMG (added to base damage)
Quick Step
Passive: +15% XP from all sources
Active: Blink 5 tiles in facing direction (30s cooldown)

03 Tier 2 Relics (Level 30+)

Copper Core
Passive: +1 salvaged wire from every salvage operation
Hardened Chassis
Passive: +18 HP (added to max HP permanently)
Overclocked Servo
Passive: +5 DMG (added to base damage)
Active: Deploy a Decoy for 5 seconds that draws enemy aggro (60s cooldown)
Gold-Plated Badge
Passive: +20% gold from quest rewards (does NOT apply to vendor sell gold)

04 Tier 3 Relics (Level 60+)

Circuit Tap
Passive: +1 circuit board from every salvage operation
Titanium Frame
Passive: +30 HP (added to max HP permanently)
Passive (auto): Auto-revive at 50% HP once per tunnel. No activation needed — triggers automatically on death. This is NOT an active ability and does not require Z key selection.
Plasma Edge
Passive: +9 DMG (added to base damage)
Active: Overcharge — 2x gadget damage + no cooldowns for the duration (90s cooldown)
Vampiric Contacts
Passive: Heal 1 HP per kill (any enemy)

05 Active Abilities

Three relics have active abilities. Use Z in inventory to select which active relic is bound. Press Z in gameplay to activate it.

Titanium Frame is PASSIVE
Titanium Frame's auto-revive triggers automatically when you would die in a tunnel. It does NOT require Z key selection or activation. Once per tunnel only.

06 Relic Evolution

Complete 10 tunnel runs with the same relic equipped to evolve it. Evolved relics gain +50% stats and -25% active ability cooldown.

Owning specific relic pairs unlocks powerful combo effects.

Phase Trail

Quick Step + Steady Hand

Teleport (Blink) leaves a damaging trail: 8 damage/tick for 3 seconds along the path.

EMP Decoy

Overclocked Servo + Copper Core

Decoy explodes with an EMP on expiry: 2-second stun in a 3-tile radius.

Undying

Titanium Frame + Vampiric Contacts

Temporal Anchor: auto-revive triggers at 75% HP instead of 50% HP.

Salvage Surge

Plasma Edge + Scrap Magnet

Kills during Overcharge yield +2 bonus materials.

Tech Tycoon

Gold-Plated Badge + Circuit Tap

+10% gold and +1 circuit board on every tunnel completion.
